This is a quick, inexpensive meal you can throw together in a matter of minutes. It is yummy, and lends it’s self to you adding in what you and your family like.
1 can of red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 cup frozen corn or peas, or even mixed vegetables would work in here.
1 cup of your favorite salsa
4 tablespoons water
4 tablespoons Gluten Free taco mix
4 Gluten Free hot dogs, sliced
2 cups grated cheese of your liking, cheddar is my favorite.
corn totilla chips
- combine all ingredients, except tortilla chips into a medium sauce pan.
- cook on medium heat until hot dogs are heated through
- top with cheese, and a side of chips and you are good to go!
